About us

Almasdar S.C. specializes in offering comprehensive advisory services encompassing various aspects of Arabic culture alongside translation services in Arabic, Polish, and English. Our core mission is to assist Polish enterprises in navigating and thriving within Arab markets while fostering stronger Polish-Arab trade relations.

At Almasdar, our operations are structured around three fundamental pillars:

  1. Business: We provide tailored support to Polish companies seeking entry into Arab markets, as well as to Arab businesses aiming to establish a presence in the Polish market.
  2. Language: Our expertise extends to providing proficient oral and written translation services in Polish, Arabic, and English, ensuring seamless communication across linguistic barriers.
  3. Travel: With our specialized knowledge and experience, we organize bespoke business trips to Arab countries and cater to the needs of Arabic-speaking tourist groups visiting Poland.

As Arabists fluent in Arabic, we possess unique insights into the intricacies of Arab culture, business practices, and mindset, offering a level of understanding that sets us apart. Serving as a bridge between cultural spheres, our aim is reflected in the Arabic meaning of our name, “Almasdar,” signifying “source.” We aspire to be a wellspring of inspiration and empowerment for Polish entrepreneurs venturing into the expansive realm of Arab markets.

Established in 2021 by two Arabists educated at the Faculty of Oriental Studies, University of Warsaw, Almasdar initially operated within the pre-incubation program under UWRC – the University of Warsaw’s special purpose vehicle. Recognizing the resonance of our services within a distinct market niche and their alignment with the genuine needs of Polish companies, we transitioned Almasdar into a private partnership company in 2022.

With our expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence, we stand poised to facilitate the success of Polish enterprises in the dynamic landscape of Arab markets.

Due to our knowledge, experience, and education, we focus on the markets of Arab countries associated with the League of Arab States, which includes: Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, Qatar, Comoros, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Oman, Palestine, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates.
